Zach, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children and teens with significant problem behavior for over 10 years. Zach graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters in Special Education. He enjoys anything outdoors from snowboarding in the winter to golfing and paddle boarding in the summer. Zach loves sports and he is a former college athlete playing football for Utah Tech. His passion is working with families to reduce severe problem behavior, build important skills and increase their quality of life!
Rene brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting individuals and families across a wide range of needs. She believes that every person has the ability to learn and grow when given the right tools, and she is passionate about creating individualized supports that honor each person’s strengths and learning style. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a focus on personal empowerment and prioritizing each client's—and their families—voice in achieving the highest quality of life. Rene is especially committed to building strong, trusting relationships, knowing that meaningful progress happens when people feel safe, respected, and understood. She views her role not only as a behavior analyst but also as a partner to families navigating unique and often complex daily challenges and working as a team to reach long-term goals—every person deserves the chance to reach their fullest potential and live a life filled with dignity, joy, and connection.
